Whether or not you choose to meet with a mental health counselor, the resources outlined below may offer you some insight, support, and guidance.聽 The Bergeron Wellness Center counselors have developed a list of recommended resources about common mental health concerns.

Concerned about a Friend?

Crisis Support

If there is a mental health crisis situation, call the SMC switchboard at (802) 654-2000 and let them know what is going on.聽 They will assist you in getting the support you need.
