Payment Options

E-check and Credit Card Payments:

Online payments are accepted at the Self Service portal for students and authorized proxy users. There is no fee for e-check payments by the payer entering their bank routing and bank account information for their checking account. Credit or debit cards are subject to a non-refundable 2.5% processing fee.

Electronic check or credit card payment may also be made via our.

Payment Plan Options:

鶹Ƶ Michael’s College offers the option of a monthly payment plan. Families can spread out their semester bill over time with their choice of either the 5-month plan or the 4-month plan. Families will renew their enrollment with each new semester. There is a small enrollment fee of each semester, but no interest charge.

5-month Plan: Fall Term Spring Term

Pay in Person:

The Student Financial Services Office is located in the Hoehl Welcome Center and is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We accept check or cash payments. Checks should be make payable to “鶹Ƶ Michael’s College” and include your student’s name and student ID number in the memo line.
